Create Your Account
Before we can explore the interface and dashboard, we'll need to create an account! Follow the steps below to create an account and begin a free trial. These are also the steps you'll follow when you partner with clients to help them create an account.
Creating an Account
Use these instructions to create your own free trial. As you partner with clients, follow the same instructions to create an account for them.
Step 1
To create a new account with a 14-day free trial, do one of the following:

OR download the Trustworthy app from the AppStore and open it on an iPhone
Step 2
Complete this form to comp the cost of your account and receive one free year of Trustworthy.
Step 3
Click “Start free trial” and then "Personalize your account".
Step 4
Create a username using an email address and password, or create your account with Google or Apple logins.
Step 5
Set up 2-factor authentication. Adding an additional layer of security is required for Trustworthy. Options available are:
Google authenticator or similar: this is an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy that generates one-time-passcodes.
SMS: sends a one-time-passcode to your cell phone number.
Security key: uses a physical hardware key, like products from Yubico.
After initially setting up your second security factor, many devices will allow you to establish a passwordless login option using biometrics like fingerprint or face recognition. Although this is optional, it's highly recommended as it can speed up login, prevent having to remember passwords and ensure your Trustworthy credentials are completely secure.
Step 6
Add your first and last name to personalize your account.
Step 7 (Optional)
Share your family members' names and ages, and Trustworthy will customize your account, creating a personalized and efficient experience.
Step 8
You will be taken to the dashboard!
