Detail Pages

Every Category is made up of Tiles. When a client clicks a Tile, they’re led to a Details Page which organizes the information related to that Tile. Let's learn more about the sections within the Details pages.

Imagine you're working with a client, David Reynolds. David is in the Property Category and he clicks on “Mill Valley Home” tile. From there he'll see all of the details of that home — the address, the linked mortgage (from the Finance Category), linked insurance policy (from the Insurance Category), services like trash and internet, notes about the house and any additional files he's chosen to attach.

Back Button

Navigate back to the Category page by selecting the “< [Category Name]” button in the top left corner.

Hero block

This block contains high-level information about the item including a photo or icon. Hover over the right corner to edit the name, image, and details of the hero block.

Reminders

Edit, delete, or mark existing reminders “done” here. You can also create new custom reminders by clicking the “Create new reminder +” link.

Additional Contacts

View contact or remove contacts for tiles here.

Delete

You can delete the Detail Page by clicking the “Delete” button directly below the Security block.

Detail Blocks

The Details blocks live on the right side of the screen. Edit a Detail block by hovering over the block and click the three dots. Include a note with details about the item.

Additional Files

Add unlimited attachments to the Details page by dragging and dropping or browsing files from your computer. Organize attachments by clicking “Add Section +” and assigning a custom name. Refine your view by dragging and dropping files to reorder them.
