About Passwords

Keeping track of important master passwords is easy with Trustworthy.
Clients can use the Passwords category to document them and make sure they're tokenized for safekeeping.

The Password category encourages clients to think outside the "computer" to include other important information like cell phone passwords, garage door codes, or safe combinations. You never know when this information might be needed in the future, so it's a simple process to share these passwords with trusted family members. And to make life even easier, you can set up automatic reminders for when passwords start to age.

Adding Passwords

There are two sections within the Password category: Password Managers, and Passwords.

The Password Managers section allows you to link other password manager tools you might already be using, like 1Password, LastPass, Dashlane, etc.

The Passwords section is for passwords for online accounts or alpha-numeric passcodes to authenticate a particular system. This section, like all categories in Trustworthy, includes pre-populated Tiles to make it easy for clients to add different types of passwords.

When adding a new password, clients can choose whether it’s an online password, like a login to online banking, usernames, password hits, and security questions, or a passcode like a garage door pin.
