About Trustworthy

Trustworthy is the Family Operating System®. It’s the safe, easy, modern way to store, access, and share important family documents with loved ones & advisors — IDs, Finances, Property, Passwords, Insurance, Taxes, Legal, Business, Contacts, Family Resources, and more.

We’re building a product that families trust — and we’re looking for a designer who can help us communicate that trust with clarity, creativity, and care.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-obsessed Interim Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to help shape how Trustworthy shows up in the world. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to create conversion-focused landing pages, ads, email campaigns, and brand assets that connect with our audiences — visually and emotionally.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining our brand system, building campaign creative from idea to execution, and making sure our design feels just as polished as our product.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing assets across web, email, social, and paid — including landing pages, nurture flows, ads, and product visuals.

  • Build and iterate on high-converting pages in Framer.

  • Collaborate with our content lead to bring messaging and campaigns to life with compelling design.

  • Contribute to and evolve our visual brand system — ensuring consistency and raising the creative bar.

  • Support lifecycle marketing with design for onboarding, promotions, and upsell campaigns.

  • Provide design input across cross-functional projects — from product launches to webinars.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 4–7 years of experience designing for a brand or marketing team, ideally in a startup or product-led company.

  • Are fluent in Figma and Framer.

  • Have a strong portfolio that shows excellent visual design, storytelling, and a clear understanding of marketing goals.

  • Know how to design for conversion without sacrificing beauty.

  • Love collaborating with content, marketing, and product teammates to ship great work.

  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and always looking to improve the quality and clarity of what you design.

Bonus Points

  • You can write a solid headline, polish a CTA, or tweak copy when needed.

  • You care deeply about helping families — and want your work to feel meaningful.
