Introducing Our New Guided ID Capture Experience
We're rethinking how documents are captured in Trustworthy, starting with one of the most common things families add: IDs.
When you're adding a new ID from a family member's profile in the mobile app, you'll now see a guided capture experience designed specifically for ID cards. A built-in guide helps you position the document, then walks you through capturing both the front and back before saving them together as a single file.
It's a small change, but one that makes creating clean, readable copies faster and more consistent.
This is the first place you'll see our new capture experience, and it's just the beginning. We'd love for you to give it a try and let us know what you think as we continue bringing this experience to more places throughout Trustworthy.
To try it:
Open the Trustworthy mobile app.
Go to Family and select a family member.
Choose an ID that hasn't yet been added.
Follow the guided prompts to capture both sides.
